Our café and restaurant offers the very best of Thorne's ingredients in a relaxed and contemporary environment, with rooftop views of Brighton's fabulous skyline.
A varied and vibrant menu is served throughout the day, starting at 8am with our Sussex farmhouse breakfast and indulgent champagne and South Downs smoked salmon. Then from 12:00pm you can choose big or small bites from our lunchtime menu, a delicious platter to share with friends, or relax with the perfect mid-afternoon treat – a Thorne's Rustic Cream Tea.
For a more intimate experience you can enjoy our sumptuous dinner menu, served from 6pm until 10pm Fridays and Saturdays.
Every dish is carefully crafted by head chef Martin Keightley and his team, using their choice of Thorne's own produce, and served with our best local and continental wines.
